Chicken in Orange Sauce Over Fluffy Rice

- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3/4 c
- orange juice
- 1/4 c
- brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce
- 2 c
- long grain rice uncooked
1Combine orange juice, brown sugar, ginger and soy sauce in a microwave bowl.
2Heat until warm, about 1 minute.
3Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
4Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, basting with the sauce half way through.
5While chicken is baking, cook rice according to package directions.
6Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked rice.
