    peas

    carrots, sliced

    Heat oven to 375.

    Wash and dry chicken.

    Sprinkle cavity with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

    Stuff with stuffing.

    Tie legs together.

    Brown on all sides in butter in deep baking pan.
