brocolli tops, steamed
cream of chicken soup
Cube chicken & steam brocolli. Make sure to drain the liquid from the brocolli after steaming.
Mix together the chicken soup, lemon juice, mayo and 1/2 of the grated cheese in a bowl.
Layer casserole dish: On bottom, place brocolli, then chicken, then soup mixture.
Sprinkle the top with almonds & parmessan.
Cook 35-45 minutes at 325, until it bubbles. Take out and cover with rest of cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes to melt cheese.
