Ingredients

  • 1 can ( 10 1/2 oz ) chicken a la king
  • 2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup garlic croutons
  • 5 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make chicken dinner omelet

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken and pimiento; heat through. Meanwhile in a 10 inch skillet cook onion and celery in butter till tender.
  • Step 2
    Add croutons; toss lightly. Remove mixture from skillet
  • Step 3
    Combine eggs, milk, and salt; pour into hot skillet. Cook slowly, lifting eggs to allow uncooked portions to flow under.
  • Step 4
    Place vegetable mixture on half the omelet; fold over. Tilt pan and roll omelet onto a hot plate. Pour chicken misture over.
