Ingredients

chicken cutlets
1 c
flour
1/2 stick
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 c
sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
1 c
proscuitto ham, julienned (about 6 slices)
1 c
smoked gouda, shredded
salt/pepper
garnish with parsley

Step-By-Step

1salt/pepper the cutlets, lightly drench each in flour, brown about 3 mins on each side in butter and olive oil. do in batches

2set aside in a oven baking dish, top each one with equal amounts of sun-dried tomatoes, proscuitto ham, smoked gouda.

3bake at 350 for about 15 mins, until cheese melts and the flavor incorporate.....I served over Orzo pasta with freshly grated parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley....mmmmmmm
