This is a great combination of chicken and cheese. Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder flavor the golden cutlet seasoned with bread crumbs. This recipe was submitted a few years back by a lady in Montana. Really simple and great in flavors.

Ingredients

2 tsp
all purpose flour
4 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
dash(es)
garlic power, onion powder and pepper
4 Tbsp
buttermilk
6 Tbsp
bread crumbs, seasoned
2
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 tsp
vegetable oil

Step-By-Step

1In shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
2In another bowl, combine cheese and buttermilk. Place bread crumbs in third shallow bowl.
3Flatten chicken to 1/4 - thickness. Coat chicken with flour mixture; dip in buttermilk, then coat with crumbs.
4In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil foe 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
