Ingredients

chicken leg quarters, skinned
1/3 c
water
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

potatoes, cubed

onions, chopped
1 c
corn kernels, frozen
8 oz
tomato sauce
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Cut up leg quarters.

2Mix mushroom soup with water in crockpot.

3Add chicken, salt and pepper.

4Cook for 1 hour on high.

5Then add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.

6Serve hot with crackers.
