Chicken Corn Chowderish

Just made this recipe up tonight out of a desire to have food that tastes good but are easy to digest. I'm looking forward to enjoying it!

Ingredients

2 large
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 medium
onion
1 tsp
minced garlic
2 can(s)
whole kernel corn
5 small
potatoes
4 c
water, divided
1 1/2 c
country gravy mix
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1peel and dice potatoes, cook until almost done

2chop chicken and onion. Saute with olive oil, add garlic

3add both cans of corn and 3 cups of water, season to taste, drain potatoes and add to pot now.bring to boil

4mix 1 cup of water and country gravy mix with wire whisk until all lumps are removed

5after pot has been boiling approximately 5 minutes, add gravy mixture and stir well. Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness
