you can make this with the ham and swiss from the sammich making stuff but the deli stuff usually tastes better

2 1/2 lb
2 pkg
stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
1 1/2 lb
ham, i prefer the deli kind
1 1/2 lb
swiss cheese, again i prefer the deli kind
reserve some cheese to top with (optional)


1Boil chicken until done

2make the stuffing with the chicken broth you just made

3Shred the chicken

4layer into a lasagna pan, first stuffing then chicken, ham and finally cheese ... lather rinse repeat but end on a stuffing layer

5bake at 350 until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is all melted ... usually about 30 - 40 minutes. I will sometimes also add more cheese on top during the last 10 minutes or so
