I use this for all my leftover chicken, whether it is baked, roasted, fried, etc. Also works for turkey leftovers at holidays

Ingredients

2 can(s)
chicken broth
1 1/2 c
chopped celery
3/4 c
chopped onion
1/8 tsp
pepper
2 c
chopped chicken (cooked)
1 can(s)
chop suey vegetables
1 can(s)
bean sprouts
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
3 Tbsp
soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1Combine chicken broth, celery, ionion, and pepper in a 3 qt saucepan. cook until celery and onion are tender. Add chicken and vegetables, stir well.

2Combine cornstarch and soy sauce in small bowl, and gradually add to chicken mixture. Stir continuously until thickened.

3Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
