olive oil
cilantro n shredd cheddar chs, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

IN A LARGE PAN SAUTÉ ONION N COLORD PEPPERS IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL ONIONS SOFTEN, 3 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN N COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES. ADD CHOPPD CHILIS, GARLIC, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN N SALT.

DRAIN BEANS N ADD TO PAN STIR .

ADD CRUSHD TOMATOES N CHICKEN BROTH...STIR N COVER SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. (AT THIS POINT I ADDED A ROASTED JALAPEÑO, CHOPPD....WE LIKE THE HEAT)

SERVE ON PASTA OR RICE...OR DELICIOUS AS IS! TOP WITH CHOPPD CILANTRO N OR SHREDD CHEDDAR CHEESE.........
