Chicken cheese spaghetti

This is a rib sticking meal. Make a salad and there it is! I froze a couple of meals of this and when dinner was wanted, I take it out and heat it up! De-lish! This an easy recipe to make Mexican or spicy. Whatever your liking!!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


3 medium
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 lb
long spaghetti noodles
1 large
diced green pepper
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms
1 small
chopped onion
1 can(s)
diced tomatos
8 oz
veleeta cheese
4 oz
shredded jack cheese
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup


1Chop all veggies and cube chicken breasts. Saute chicken till cooked through and add veggies.
2In a separate pot, cook spaghetti or any long noodle till done. Strain noodles and put in pot with chicken and veggies. Add can of cream of chicken soup with a 1/2 can water.
3Chunk up velveeta and add to chicken mixture. You can add more if you want or less. Less all melt together till melted and cooked through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese of your choice. I like jack cheese or mozzarella!!!
