Ingredients

3 medium
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3 c
romaine lettuce leaves
4 Tbsp
caesar dressing
2 medium
tomato
1 small
red onion
4 tsp
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
4 medium
multi-grain tortillas
1 can(s)
black olives

Step-By-Step

1Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 until the chicken is fully cooked. Let cool, shred or cube the chicken.
2While the chicken is baking. Shred the lettuce, cube the onion and the tomato. Once the chicken is done. Place the salad dressing inside the totilla, then layer the rest of the ingred, top with olives and parm. cheese and enjoy!
