Ingredients

1 pkg
mexican blend shredded cheese
1
green pepper
1
med. onion
1 pkg
8oz cream cheese
8 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3 lb
chicken breast( you could also use canned chicken)
1 can(s)
green chiles, chopped
1 pkg
soft tortilla shells

Directions Step-By-Step

cook chicken and shred it, i like to cook the chicken in the crock pot all day so its ready when i get home from work.

sautee green peppers and onions in a sm amount of butter. add chiles, chicken and cream cheese. cook over low stirring until cream cheese is melted.

fill center of tortillas with chicken mix and cheese. roll and place seam down in a 9x13 pan. there should be left over filling when done.

when pan is full mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream with remaing chicken filling and pour over top of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.

bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
