Ingredients For chicken bruschetta skillet

1 - 14 oz. candiced tomatoes with onions & garlic

1 citalian cheese blend, shredded

1/4 cbasil, fresh, chopped

5chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless

1 - 8 oz. cantomato sauce, italian seasoned
-
1 Tbspgarlic, minced (about 4 cloves)

2 cgarlic or italian flavored croutons, crushed slightly
How To Make chicken bruschetta skillet

1Stir together drained tomatoes, cheese & basil in medium bowl; set aside.

2Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness. Top evenly with tomato mixture, pressing onto chicken.

3Combine tomato sauce & garlic in large skillet; add chicken. Bring sauce to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low, cover & cook 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in centers (165 degrees F). Top with croutons just before serving.
