Ingredients For chicken bruschetta skillet

  • 1 - 14 oz. can
    diced tomatoes with onions & garlic
  • 1 c
    italian cheese blend, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    basil, fresh, chopped
  • 5
    chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless
  • 1 - 8 oz. can
    tomato sauce, italian seasoned
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, minced (about 4 cloves)
  • 2 c
    garlic or italian flavored croutons, crushed slightly

How To Make chicken bruschetta skillet

  • 1
    Stir together drained tomatoes, cheese & basil in medium bowl; set aside.

    Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness. Top evenly with tomato mixture, pressing onto chicken.

    Combine tomato sauce & garlic in large skillet; add chicken. Bring sauce to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low, cover & cook 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in centers (165 degrees F). Top with croutons just before serving.
