1Boil the chicken pieces with garlic cloves,onion,cardamom,cinnamon stick,black peppercorn,bay leaf and salt.
2Once they are coll down.Shred the chicken into strips.Use hand or fork ,Give good time to shred the chicken long thing shred chicken make a good Chicken Bharta.Once it ready keep them aside.
3In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil,When oil get heat add cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves,bay leaf and saute for few seconds until the species release nice aroma..
4Then add onion and salt.Cook on a medium heat till the onion turns golden brown..
5Now add ginger-garlic paste,Cook for 2 minutes until the raw flavor of ginger and garlic gone away.
6Now add the tomatoes,Mix well,Cover the pan and cook on low medium-heat till the tomatoes are soft.
7In a meantime take a bowl add turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,corriander powder and mix with water prepare a paste of it.
8Open the lid and check the tomatoes.
9When the tomatoes are soft,pour the mixture and cook till the mixture dries up and the masala leaves the sides.
10Add shred chicken pieces.Cook really very well with other spices for 2-3 minutes.Be careful so that the chicken pieces don't burn.
11ow add cashew paste & yogurt.Stir well.
12Add 1 cup of stock to cook well.
13Then add fresh cream,butter and kasuri methi. Give a nice mix.Cook for another 5 minutes on very slow flame.
14When Chicken Bharta Recipe is nicely cook,add coriander leafs and egg.Give a light mix.
15So yummy and delicious Chicken Bharta Recipe is ready.Its time to plate up add egg on top to make the dish more nice.
