boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
In a small saucepan heat butter over medium heat until bubbly and hot. Add remaining ingredients except chicken. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.
Spray a 9" x 9" baking dish and put chicken in a single layer. Using a pastry brush, brush chicken with curry.
Bake until browned, 35-40 minutes, basting 2 times.
