Ingredients For chicken bake

1-2/3 c

hot water
1 pkg

(6 oz) stove top (chicken) stuffing mix
1-1/2 lb

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size piece
1 can

condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c

sour cream
1-1/2 c

shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg

(16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

How To Make chicken bake

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Add water to stuffing mix; stir until moistened.

Place chicken in a 3-quart or 13 x 9 baking ish. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, and vegetables. Spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
