This is a recipe from my grandmother. I fix it often, because everyone loves it.

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken
1 can(s)
fat free cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
french style green beans (drained)
1/2 c
bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 c
onion (chopped)
1/2 c
green onion (chopped)
1 box
uncle ben's wild rice
1 c
mayonnaise, light
1/2 c
chedder cheese, grated
1 c
ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

Boil chicken in a small amount of water until it's tender. You can use which ever type you want. Cool and cut up into bite sized pieces.

Prepare Uncle Bens rice as directed on the package.

Mix all ingredients together except the cheese and crackers. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
