CHICKEN AND WATER CHESTNUT CASSEROLE

Ingredients

4 medium
chicken breasts, boiled, deboned, and chunked
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp
minced onions
1/2 tsp
salt
1 can(s)
sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 c
finely minced celery
1 c
cooked instant rice
1 Tbsp
lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 c
crushed plain potato chips
1/4 c
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute celery and onions in 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix all other ingredients with them. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Top with the 1 cup of crushed plain potato chips.
Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
