| 24 oz | cream cheese |
| 3 large | eggs |
| 1 Tbsp | all purpose flour |
| 1 pkg | ritz crackers |
| 2 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | black pepper |
| 1 tsp | chili powder |
| 1/4 tsp | thyme, leaves |
| 2 c | chicken breast cooked |
| 1 c | hearts of palm |
| 1 c | chopped spinach drained |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | onion powder |
| 1 c | ricotta cheese |

Directions
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. In a food processor, add ritz crackers and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Pulse until coarse, pour crumbs and press into the bottom of a nonstick 9 inch springform pan. Set asideAdd cream cheese and eggs in a large bowl, beat in by using a mixer until creamy. Combine flour, curry powder, salt, chili powder, thyme, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder mix together using a spatula.Fold in gently chicken, hearts of palm, spinach, and ricotta cheese. Pour mixture into a springform pan and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen the cake. Cool before removing rim of pan.Let cool for several hours or overnight.
