| 26 oz | cream of chicken soup |

My whole family loves this dish. It's easy to make and we have left overs for lunch the next day.

Directions
preheat oven to 350. Cut and brown chicken in water.
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup in larger bowl.
Melt butter in bowl and crumble ritz crackers into butter. Set aside.
Add browned chicken to sour cream and cream of chicken mixture. Pour into baking dish.
Top with ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Put 1 serving of cooked rice on plate. Add chicken mixture and mix well. Eat and enjoy.

My daughter named her Miss. Kitty so that her little brother would be able to call her. He was only 2 when we got her and it was very easy for him to say kitty. Your cat is very pretty as well.:)

thanks Amanda... mine, her name is Andy... her sister was Brandy... but she had a stroke year and half ago... Andy is failing fast and I look upon each day I still have her as a gift... Andy is 17 years old..Miss Kitty is darling name... heheee
