Ingredients

1 c
rice
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes (crushed) with juice
3 c
water
1
onion
4
chicken thighs
1 Tbsp
cumin
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 375 F.

2Place chicken in a 13x9 pan. Place rice and onions around the chicken.

3Combine water and crushed tomatoes. Pour over Chicken and rice. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder and garlic powder.

4Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.

5Remove the foil and continue to bake until there is no liquid and chicken is golden.
