This was a favorite when I was growing up and is stil a favorite for my family. My daughter who is 14 asks for this regularly and she can make it herself it's so easy.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2
chicken bouillon cubes
1 c
boiling water
1 c
uncooked rice
1/2 c
butter or margarine
4-6
chicken breasts, can use either whole or boneless

Step-By-Step

1Mix soups together in a mixing bowl.
2Disolve boullion in boiling water and add to soup mixture.
3Add rice and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 in baking dish.
4Melt butter and dip chicken breasts in butter. Place on top of rice and soup mixture.
5Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
6If using bonless chicken you may need to adjust the baking time so the chicken doesn't dry out.
7You can use any chicken pieces we just choose to use chicken breasts.
