Ingredients For chicken and rice

  • split chicken breast

    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 c
    minute rice
  • 2 c
    chicken broth

How To Make chicken and rice

    Preheat oven on 375 In a plastic bag add four and spices.

    In a roasting pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter Place moistened chicken into bag. Place chicken skin side down roasting pan. cook for 20 minutes

    Take chicken out of oven, remove from pan and place on plate. Add chicken broth and rice into roasting pan place chicken back into pan skin up and cook until rice is cooked. Note: you can use any type of chicken as long as it has skin. Please try out different spices. Enjoy
