Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
A great spin on traditional chicken and waffles recipe. I loved the savory potato waffles. They are unique and delicious! The brine really tenderizes and adds great flavor to the fried chicken. I opted for beer in the brine, but next time I want to try with the ginger ale for added sweetness. I topped off my chicken and waffles with some maple syrup ... yummy.
