Ingredients For chicken and pasta bake

butter
1 lb

mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c

wine, white, dry
1 tsp

lemon juice
3 c

chicken, cooked and diced
2 can

cream of mushroom soup
2 c

sour cream
1 lb

spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c

grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

How To Make chicken and pasta bake

In large frying pan melt butter and cook mushrooms until tender. Add white wine and lemon juice and continue cooking until liquid evaporates.

Place mushrooms in a large mixing bowl and combine chicken, soup, and sour cream. Add spaghetti and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken and pasta mix in 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
