Chicken and Broccoli

This was made by me one night after work! I got home and nothing was thawed out, came up with it just by looking at what I had to make. Now it is asked for all the time. It was super easy and good!!

cream of chicken soup, fat-free
1 can(s)
small size mushrooms
1 can(s)
small can green chiles
1 bag(s)
frozen broccoli about one pound
1 1/2
sleeves ritz crackers
1 stick
melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 -1 box
pasta of choice ( i used the twisted ones)
1/2 c
milk, 2%


1In large bowl add soup and milk. Mix together. Next add the 2 cans of chicken ( drained) and mushrooms ( drained) and green chiles ( not drained). Mix well. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Add the frozen broccoli. Stir up until well mixed.
2Place in 9 X 13 pan ( sprayed with non-stick spray of choice) Crumble up Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt stick of butter and pour over crackers.
3Place in pre heated oven at 350 and bake for 40 mins. Uncovered. While this is cooking, cook your pasta of choice. Casserole will be slightly runny when done that is why we used the noodles.
4Serve with warm bread! Yummy ENJOY!!
