Ingredients For cheesy potato hash brown casserole

1 bagshredded hash browns, thawed

1 cancream of chicken soup

16 oz pkgsour cream
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
16 oz pkgcheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cgreen onions, sliced

2 ccorn flake crumbs

1/2 cbutter, melted
How To Make cheesy potato hash brown casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 13" x 9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, salt & pepper. Stir in cheese, onion & hash browns until well mixed. Spoon evenly into baking dish.

3In a medium bowl, mix together cereal & butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of hash brown mixture.

4Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional sliced green onion.

5TIP: If desired, substitute condensed cream of chicken soup with condensed cream of turkey or mushroom soup.
