Cheesy chicken w/ bacon crumbles

- 2 Tbsp
- canola oil
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c
- teriyaki basting sauce
- 1/2 c
- light ranch dressing
- 1 c
- reduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- green onions, chopped
- 3 slice
- bacon, cooked, cooled, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
1Heat oven to 350. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. season chicken w/ a little salt and pepper. Place chicken in skillet and brown on both sides.
2remove chicken from skillet and place in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Brush the chicken w/ the teriyaki basting sauce. Spoon the ranch dressing over the chicken.
3Sprinkle the chicken w/ cheese, green onions and bacon. Bake about 25 mins, checking to make sure chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle w/ parsley before serving.
