Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

I manage a deli in a convenience store. This is one of our better selling entrees. I use rotel at work and pimentos at home.

Ingredients

1 large
chicken, cooked and deboned
12 oz
spaghetti
1 lb
velvetta, cubed
1 tsp
salt
4 stick
celery, sliced 1/2" thick
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 small
jar pimentos

Step-By-Step

1Cook chicken and celery in salted water until done. Take chicken out and debone.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Leave spaghetti in broth. If more that 2 to 3 cups broth, pour off excess.

3Add deboned chicken, pimentos, soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir often to prevent sticking.

4You can sub a can of rotel for the pimentos for a different flavor.
