In a resealable bag, place bread crumbs. Add chicken breasts and shake to coat. Place chicken on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake chicken at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
In a medium saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
In another saucepan, melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and stir. Add cheese and stir until smooth.
Divide egg noodles between two plates, place a chicken breast on top and pour the cheese sauce over the top. I usually serve with a vegetable.
