I was experimenting one night, I wanted to make a chicken casserole, but I didn't want it to be the regular old casserole so I added a few new ingredients.

Ingredients

1 large
green bell pepper
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch
oregano, dried
1 pinch
basil, dried
1 dash(es)
cayenne pepper
1 pinch
red pepper flakes
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
pepper
2 can(s)
cheddar broccoli soup
1
chicken, cooked and shredded
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 lb
noodles, cooked

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350*
2Brown Chicken in Olive Oil, add seasonings and chopped bell pepper. (I brown the raw chicken and then I pressure cook it with the bell pepper for about 8 minutes at med-low heat full pressure, but that's just to save time.)
3Shred chicken and add back to pepper, oil, seasoning mix. Add two cans of soup, mix well.
4Add cooked noodles to soup-chicken mix.
5Put mix in casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cheese.
6Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
