Mix all ingredients in bowl. Soak chicken overnight in refrigerator. Turn chicken pieces often. When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour off sauce and add 1/3 cup of water to it. Lay chicken flesh side down in baking pan and baste with sauce. Baste at 15 minute intervals or until all sauce is used up. Baking time 1 hour. Can be served with rice or cut up red potates marinated in same sauce.
