Campbell's Chicken scampi and rice bake

- (103/4 oz.) campbells cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 c
- 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced or 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 c
- uncooked long-grain white rice
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 slice
- lemon, cut in half
1stir the soup, water, lemon juice, garlic and rice in a 11x8-inch (2 qrt) shallow baking dish. top with chicken. cover.
2Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 mins until chicken is cooked through. Stir the mixture before serving. Garnish with lemon.
