  • MARINADE:
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    chives, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1 env
    hidden valley buttermilk ranch (dry)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • CHICKEN:
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, thin cut, skinless & boneless
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make buttermilk ranch chicken

    Combine marinade ingredients together; mix well. In a large closeable plastic bag, add chicken & marinade. Marinate overnight in fridge.

    In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; brown cutlets on both sides until cooked through, about 7 minutes.
