Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry ground
  • 1 tablespoon chives, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 thin chicken breast cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin

How To Make buttermilk ranch chicken

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients up to oil; marinate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Drain marinade (no rinsing) & discard marinade.
  • Step 3
    In a large nonstick skilet, heat oil over medium heat; brown chicken on both sides until cooked through, about 8 minutes (4 minutes per side).
