- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry ground
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 thin chicken breast cutlets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
How To Make buttermilk ranch chicken

Step 1Combine all ingredients up to oil; marinate overnight.

Step 2Drain marinade (no rinsing) & discard marinade.

Step 3In a large nonstick skilet, heat oil over medium heat; brown chicken on both sides until cooked through, about 8 minutes (4 minutes per side).
