Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

This is DELICIOUS! This recipe halves nicely. Now that all the kids are out of the house I can make as little as 1 large breast for my husband and I. So, feed 2 or feed a small army with is recipe.

Ingredients

1/3 c
butter or margarine, melted
1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
pecans, crushed
1/4 c
sesame seeds
1 Tbsp
paprika
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1
egg, slightly beaten
1 c
buttermilk
8
chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c
pecans, coarsely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in a 13x9 pan. Set aside. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Mix egg and buttermilk together.
2Dip chicken in egg and buttermilk mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.
3Place In baking dish turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with pecans.
4Bake chicken at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
