- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless (leave whole or cut into strips)
- eggs, beaten
- 1-1 1/2 c
- crushed butter crackers (i use keebler club crackers cause they are the best!!)
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c
- butter, cold (cut into chunks)
Dip chicken in egg beat, then crumbs.
Put coated chicken in 9x13 baking dish. (If you have any crumbs left over, you can sprinkle them on the chicken if you want)
arrange butter chunks around chicken.
cover with foil bake for 20 min. Uncover and bake for another 20-25 min.
