Buffalo Chicken with Loaded Potatos

This is a recipe that I found on Facebook. I tweeked it some and came up with this. My husband is still begging for this again.

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
8 -10
red potatoes cut into 1" cubes
1/2 c
olive oil
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
paprika
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
3 Tbsp
hot sauce
3 Tbsp
taco sauce
1 c
bacon cut into pieces
2 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 c
diced green onion

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl add chicken, red potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, taco sauce and bacon. Mix to coat.
2Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Put into oven and bake for 40 minutes.
3Remove from oven, turn oven to 450. Top chicken and potatoes with cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
4Remove from oven and top with green onions and sour cream on side if you like.
