Ingredients
| 1 1/2 - 2 lb | ground chicken or turkey |
| 2 Tbsp | olive oil or vegetable oil |
| 2 | carrots - finely diced |
| 2 | stalks celery - finely diced |
| 1 | onion - finely diced |
| 2 to 3 | garlic cloves - minced - fresh or jar |
| salt & pepper to taste | |
| 2 Tbsp | vinegar - any flavor you have |
| 2 Tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/3 c | buffalo wing sauce - mild or hot |
| 1 c | tomato sauce |
| 1 c | chicken broth |
| 6 | burger buns - split & toasted |
| 1 pkg | (5 oz size) blue cheese crumbles |
| dill pickle slices - optional |

Directions
Heat Skillet with oil over medium high heat. Brown Chicken, breaking up, for about 5 to 6 minutes. Add in carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes more.In a bowl combine vinegar, sugar, worcestershire, tomato sauce, broth & hot sauce. Combine sauce mix into chicken mixture and simmer until vegetables are tender and is the desired consistancy.Pile filling onto buns and top with blue cheese and pickles if desired.
