I bought a pkg of ground chicken and when I got home, did not know what to do with it. Got on line and found this recipe by Rachael Ray. It is a fairly old recipe by her. My husband & I really enjoy it. It's a keeper.
Heat Skillet with oil over medium high heat. Brown Chicken, breaking up, for about 5 to 6 minutes. Add in carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes more.
In a bowl combine vinegar, sugar, worcestershire, tomato sauce, broth & hot sauce. Combine sauce mix into chicken mixture and simmer until vegetables are tender and is the desired consistancy.
Pile filling onto buns and top with blue cheese and pickles if desired.
