Ingredients For buffalo chicken lasagna

    leftover breaded chicken wings

    sliced red onion
  • 1
    large carrot,chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil

    dry lasagna noodles
  • 2
    large eggs,slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    crumbled blue cheese,divided
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese,softened
  • 1 c
    cold heavy cream
  • 2 tsp
    sriracha
  • 1 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • SPICY SRIRACHA PASTA SAUCE
  • 1 jar
    your favorite pasta sauce
  • 3/4 c
    sriracha
  • 3/4 c
    wing sauce
  • 1 c
    chopped jalapenos

How To Make buffalo chicken lasagna

    Discard the bones off the chicken wings.

    Pour olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat,add chicken wings,onion and carrot,saute for 10 minutes,or until are tender.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add lasagna noodles and cook for 5 to 8 minutes,drain.Lay noodles flat on towels,and blot dry.

    to prepare Spicy Sriracha Pasta Sauce:In a medium bowl,combine pasta sauce,sriracha,wing sauce and chopped jalapeno,mix well until blended.

    In a another medium bowl,combine eggs,1 cup crumbled blue cheese,cream cheese,heavy cream and sriracha,mix together.

    Layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.Cover noodles with 1/2 blue cheese mixture,1/2 of chicken mixture and 1/3 of the sauce.Repeat.Top with remaining noodles and sauce.Sprinkle with colby jack and remaining blue cheese over the top.
