Broccoli-Chicken Casserole

If you like broccoli, chicken and a creamy sauce, you will absolutely love this dish! My husband especially loved this recipe. The curried sauce makes this dish an absolute "treat"! I got it from a friend 30 years ago and when I serve this over rice, everyone compliments me on how great it tastes!

Ingredients

3-4
whole chicken breasts
2 (10 oz) pkg
frozen broccoli
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2/3 c
mayonaise
1/3 c
evaporated milk
1/2 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp
curry powder
dry bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Boil chicken in water until tender. Remove skins, if any. Cut into chunks.

2Cook 2 packages frozen broccoli until tender according to package directions.

3Mix in a medium-sized bowl:
can cream of chicken soup
mayonaise
evaporated milk
grated cheddar cheese
lemon juice
curry powder

4Place all of the broccoli in a lightly oiled pyrex or casserole dish. Place chicken chunks on top of broccoli. Pour mixture on top.

5Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
