Brine Chicken Kabobs

- boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
- each red, orange,green bell pepper in 1" pieces
- 1 large
- red onion cut in 1" pieces
- sweet pineapple diced in1" chucks
- 2 c
- of brine
1brine chicken breast for at least 6 hours, remove and rinse. Pat dry.
2cut vegetables and pineapples into chunks. start arranging the kabobs, chicken, vegetable, then chicken, then pineapple repeat step until at least 3 pieces of chicken is on skewer.
3clean and oil your grill. cook about3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fully done
