Ingredients

4
chicken breast halves
milk
all purpose flour
3 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 c
slice mushroom
1 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
dry white wine
1 jar(s)
homestyle chicken gravy
1/3 c
half and half
salt & pepper

Step-By-Step

1Lightly flatten chicken breast, dip breast in milk, then dip in season flour coat both side. Saute breast in a skillet of oil. brown on both sides bout 2min. a side. Remove breast and drain oil. Melt in skillet place mushroom saute, add wine. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients simmer for 1min. Replace chicken in skillet simmer 5min. Makes 4 servings.
