Ingredients

4 large
chicken thighs
4 large
chicken drumsticks
1 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper

FOR THE SAUCE.

2 tsp
rice wine
2 Tbsp
teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp
hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 tsp
soy sauce, low sodium
2 tsp
olive oil, light
2 tsp
steak sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Salt & pepper the chicken all over. Let sit at room temp. for 30 min.covered.

Prepare grill for 2 zone heat.
You want one side low heet and one side med-high heet.

Wile grill is pre-heating. In a large mixing bowl add all sauce ingredients and wisk. Mixing till smooth.
Grill on med high heat with skin side down. Grill both sides till lightly brown. Abought 10 minutes Now move chicken to low heat side. Wile chicken is grilling baste both sides with sauce. Grill about 15-20 minutes,basting every 5 minuts. Till jucis run clear. Serve warm.
