I was going to make chicken courdon blue. But made a big change to this. This is soo good. Cant't just eat one.

chicken breast
6 slice
ham slices
6 slice
1 c
italian bread crumbs
1 c
finaly chopped pistacchio nuts
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom,or cream of chicken soup
10 oz
sour cream, fat-free
4 oz
cream cheese


1In a med mixing bowl Mix soup and sour cream together. In a 9x6 baking dish pour half of soup mix in set a side,. In a pie dish put bread crumbs and nuts mix well. Pre heat oven to 425.

2take 1 chicken breast at a time and dry well. On each breast put a little cream cheese,then 1 peace of ham. Roll up chicken Wrap with 1 slice of bacon.Sacure with tooth pick.Roll in bread crumbs and nut mix,set in backing dish.

3Continue with remaining chicken breast,and set in baking dish. Pour remaning sour-sour cream mix over the top of chicken breasts.

4Put baking dish in pre-heated oven,Bake for 60-75 min. Or untillchicken is cooked through.

Server with broccoli and rice.
