Bobbi's scrumptious Hot Wings

- 12 medium
- chicken wings, tips cut and split in half ( will give you 24 wings)
- 1 c
- low fat butter milk
- 3 dash(es)
- your favorite hot sauce( i use red's))
- 2 pinch
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick
- melted butter
- cooking spray
- 1 c
- your favorite hot sauce ( i use reds)
Whisk together buttermilk, hot sauce ( 3 dashes ) and salt & pepper in a bowl. Cut and wash wings thoroughly and place in a large plastic freezer bag. Pour mixture over the wings, place on plate and refridgerate for 24 hours. ( You can do this in less than the 24 hrs, but if you have time, don't skip this step)
Line a sheet pan with foil ( easy clean up!)
Spray foil w/ cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes/ turn wings and bake another 25 minutes.
Mix remaining Hot sauce and butter in a bowl. When wings are completely cooked through, add to bowl and make sure the sauce has coated all wings thoroughly.
Place under broiler for approximately 3 or 4 minutes
( Watch Them CLOSELY or they will burn) This makes them crispy and you will not miss the deep fried taste!
Enjoy with celery and homemade ( or bottled)bluecheese dressing......MMM Good!
