Pour oil about 2/3" deep into frying pan and heat over medium heat.
In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients and whisk together. Break eggs into a medium bowl and beat till blended.
Check the oil by dropping a pinch of the flour mixture into it, if the oil bubbles rapidly around the flour it is ready for frying.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, than dredge it in the flour mixture, than repeat the process one more time. Place coated chicken into the frying pan. Fry for 15 to 25 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove and place on a rack to drain. Serve and enjoy!
